Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a strategic compliance transformation program, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking progress and escalating risks to the Executive Committee
  • Proactively identify and assess financial and operational risks; design and monitor mitigation strategies in collaboration with business partners
  • Oversee internal control system (ICS) monthly reports; identify anomalies, trends, and risks; coordinate remediation efforts across teams
  • Serve as primary liaison with Regional ICS Management; ensure North American brand needs are represented and propose framework improvements
  • Conduct fraud risk assessments, scenario planning, and monitoring of fraud indicators across the organization
  • Review, approve, and maintain localized policies in alignment with group standards; investigate and escalate policy violations
  • Develop and refine CO₂ measurement methodologies and reporting frameworks in partnership with operations and supply chain teams
  • Deliver brand-specific training on ICS requirements, internal control best practices, and compliance awareness
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and supply chain to identify and implement innovative tools for enhanced environmental footprint tracking and analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in FP&A, internal or external audit, or compliance
  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management methodologies
  • Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities
  • Preferred: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, or equivalent certification
  • Luxury retail experience is a plus
