Richemont seeks a Director of Infrastructure in New York to lead IT strategy, manage department operations, and oversee technology initiatives across North America. Competitive salary $180,000–$200,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strategically develop, implement, and refine the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business and global objectives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to IT department staff, including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of all IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, software, and critical business applications
- Develop, manage, and control the IT budget with accurate forecasting and transparent reporting on expenditures and progress
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with external IT vendors and advisors to optimize service delivery
- Direct the entire lifecycle of new IT projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Guarantee timely and effective resolution of technical support issues and oversee help desk operations, maintaining SLAs at 90% or greater
Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct management experience leading IT Support professionals, including IT Support leaders and managers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Profound understanding and hands-on troubleshooting expertise with MS Office Suite, O365, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and comprehensive understanding of networking protocols
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Customer-focused approach dedicated to delivering excellent service and support
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and practical working knowledge of project management methodologies

8+ years of direct management experience leading IT Support professionals, including IT Support leaders and managers. Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure oversight, vendor relationship management, and technology project delivery. Proven track record of aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives and maintaining service level agreements.
