Richemont seeks a Director of FP&A for Cartier's New York office to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for the luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and comprehensive budget presentations in close collaboration with department heads across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Construction divisions
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities; communicate impact assessments and recommendations to senior leadership
- Champion the development and refinement of sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives, major investments, and complex business cases
- Engage with business partners on ad-hoc analyses to respond to critical business questions and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee delivery of monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecast updates, and ongoing budget management to internal stakeholders
- Identify and track key performance metrics to maintain subject matter expertise on business health and operational trends
- Develop driver-based forecast models for budgeting and decision-support analysis
- Support Senior Management with strategic projects and initiatives, including scenario-based and global forecasting analyses
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to the FP&A team, managing talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and career development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience, including corporate finance and strategy roles
- Advanced proficiency with SAP enterprise resource planning systems
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis
- Strong background in accounting and corporate finance principles
- Demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models and strategic forecasting frameworks
- Proven experience supporting multiple business functions outside Finance
- Excellence in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with executive-level audiences

Experience
10+ years of relevant finance experience in corporate environments, including financial planning, strategy, and analysis roles. Demonstrated success in supporting senior leadership and cross-functional business partners with complex financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 175,000 to USD 195,000 per annum.
