Cartier seeks a Digital Project Manager intern for High Jewellery in Paris to manage platform evolution and digital transformation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Listen to commercial activity challenges and user requirements across High Jewellery teams
- Frame and specify evolving and corrective requests from central, regional, and local High Jewellery teams and sales personnel
- Coordinate technical teams comprising external agencies and internal IT resources
- Define sprint content and prioritise user stories according to project objectives and commercial priorities
- Write user stories and test cases
- Guarantee delivery of functionalities according to quality and scheduling requirements
- Produce clear and effective communication materials
- Communicate on product realisation progress and sprint roadmaps to management, markets, and other business teams
- Update collaborative tools and documentation (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Facilitate team meetings and working sessions
- Provide key user support on a daily basis and during events
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 programme at a business school, engineering school, or digital marketing school
- First experience in marketing, retail, or digital environments
- Strong digital culture and genuine interest in web and emerging technologies
- Good understanding of information systems
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to position oneself as a facilitator
- Fluency with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Office, Monday, etc.)
- Fluent English at a professional level
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in a marketing, retail, or digital context is required. Familiarity with cross-functional team environments and digital product management is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or about to complete a Bac+5 degree (Master's level) from a business school, engineering school, or digital marketing specialisation.
