Vacheron Constantin seeks Digital Program Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive organizational change.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead senior stakeholder management across Maison and Group levels, building trust and driving engagement across functions, geographies and decision-making bodies
  • Shape 5-year technology capabilities vision and roadmap, identifying digital, data and platform capabilities required to improve business growth, operational performance and organizational agility
  • Define program and project scope, approach, roadmap and success metrics, facilitating executive decision-making through clear recommendations and data-driven insights
  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and teams, managing budget, timeline, risks, resource allocation and dependencies across the program portfolio
  • Translate business needs into functional, process, data and technology requirements, ensuring effective program governance, progress monitoring and issue resolution
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption of new organizational structures, processes and solutions through stakeholder engagement, communication, co-design, training and sponsorship activities
  • Monitor performance and ensure delivery of expected business outcomes while fostering collaboration to optimize processes throughout the value chain
  • Ensure long-term sustainability of transformation outcomes and coherence between business processes, technology capabilities and governance principles

Experience

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, with exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes from demand planning through procurement and production planning.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strategic business and technology acumen.
