Van Cleef & Arpels Paris seeks a Digital Product Manager to lead product vision and roadmap oversight in a luxury heritage environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product strategy aligned with the Maison's business objectives and market needs
  • Translate business strategy into a coherent and actionable product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to establish a 360° product vision and prioritize initiatives
  • Identify stakeholders, dependencies, and impacts upstream of project execution
  • Supervise the complete product lifecycle from studies and planning through development, launch, and operational management
  • Define, monitor, and pilot quality KPIs for assigned product portfolios
  • Provide functional and technical insights regarding architecture, projects, and organizational tools to guide product decisions
  • Coordinate technical agencies (integrators and solution providers) while maintaining alignment with existing environments and future services
  • Manage team capacity and activity to ensure delivery of defined product roadmaps
  • Establish and strengthen governance with business teams
  • Pilot internal and external processes to ensure fluid and efficient collaboration among stakeholders
  • Escalate alerts and ensure schedule adherence through regular management reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Product Manager experience in an international environment
  • Proven expertise as a Product Owner in a digital context
  • Solid technical background with demonstrated understanding of architecture and infrastructure challenges
  • Recognized digital expertise including web technologies, CMS platforms, and the Atlassian suite
  • Mastery of end-to-end product roadmap management including risk and dependency governance
  • Strong organizational and proactive approach with demonstrated ability to take initiative in dynamic environments
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and oral)
