Role & Responsibilities
- Support the production and publication of editorial and commercial content for web, email and social channels, ensuring alignment with maison brand guidelines.
- Draft and proofread copy for social posts, product descriptions, newsletters and campaign pages with attention to tone and accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing using social and CMS calendars; coordinate with creative, merchandising and e‑commerce teams to deliver timely assets.
- Prepare and maintain digital asset libraries, tag assets for discoverability and ensure version control and metadata accuracy.
- Monitor basic performance metrics for content and social campaigns; compile reporting and suggest optimisations based on observed trends.
- Participate in content shoots and post‑production coordination, including simple photo/video editing and selection of assets for channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable attention to grammar, spelling and brand voice.
- A keen aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual standards.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt; comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders and iterating work based on feedback.

Experience
Internship-level role; previous internships, academic projects or freelance experience in digital content, social media or e‑commerce are highly desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with luxury or premium brands is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field.
