Richemont — Milan: Digital Content Intern role supporting digital marketing, content creation and CMS management at the Milan office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production and adaptation of digital content (editorial copy, image and video assets) for web, e‑commerce, and social channels according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and upload assets into the CMS, maintain metadata, and ensure visual and editorial consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing and e‑commerce teams to align content with campaign objectives and seasonal merchandising.
- Perform basic image/video editing and retouching, and format assets for platform-specific requirements.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and assist in preparing regular performance reports and insights.
- Support ad hoc tasks including research, competitor benchmarking, and coordination with external agencies or photographers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Excellent editorial judgement with strong copywriting skills adapted for digital channels.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity for luxury product storytelling, visual merchandising online, and brand tone of voice.
- Professional demeanour and ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.

Experience
Internship-level: prior internships, academic projects or freelance work producing digital content, social media management, or editorial work preferred; 0–1 years relevant experience acceptable.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
