Delvaux, the oldest fine leather goods house in the world founded in 1829, seeks a Digital Communications Intern to assist the Digital Communication department on various strategic initiatives. The role encompasses social media management, content curation, performance analytics, and support for the brand's digital ecosystem including e-commerce and luxury event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, management and implementation of organic social media editorial calendars in accordance with Delvaux strategy and values across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analyze social media performance metrics and develop comprehensive reports demonstrating audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor emerging trends in digital luxury marketing and propose innovative ideas and optimizations to strengthen brand presence
- Contribute to digital content management on delvaux.com including product descriptions, landing page translations, newsletters, and editorial pages
- Participate in the coordination and execution of prestigious brand events and experiential activations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline
- Demonstrated passion for the digital landscape with in-depth awareness of evolving digital trends and platforms
- Ability to manage complex environments with multiple stakeholders while meeting strict timelines
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in French and English; Dutch language proficiency is a valued asset
