Digital & Media Trainee at Cartier (Richemont) in Milan, Italy – 6-month internship supporting media planning and digital campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital & Media Manager across the complete media planning process for both offline and online channels
- Manage operational aspects of social media, display, and print campaigns, including content delivery, copy adaptation, and traffic tracking in alignment with headquarters guidelines
- Update and maintain the Cartier Italian website with content in accordance with the established media calendar and communication waves
- Conduct monthly analysis of digital media campaign performance, with focus on KPIs and overall results
- Support branded content projects with editorial partners, utilizing Google Analytics to assess campaign impact on website traffic and e-commerce conversions
- Maintain currency on emerging social media and display formats to inform full-funnel media strategy
- Assist in Excel-based analysis and prepare performance presentations for stakeholder review
- Compile and share internal updates on the digital and media landscape with a glocal perspective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English (French preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated curiosity about digital trends
- Deep knowledge of and genuine interest in the global digital and media landscape
