Role & Responsibilities

• Attend lectures and learning activities to understand program dynamics and provide targeted classroom support
• Assist faculty during lectures, particularly in hand-drawing and digital rendering seminars, exercises, and projects
• Set up and manage classroom environments daily, including opening and closing both in-person and remote sessions
• Receive lecturers and external guests, and provide technical and IT support to faculty and students
• Organize, archive, and maintain didactic files, documents, exercises, briefs, and project materials with precision and integrity
• Manage consumable materials inventory and storage systems
• Support student recruitment initiatives, including outreach to partner schools and applicant communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with precision and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, 2D and 3D design software (preferred)
• Excellent communication abilities in multicultural environments, including with senior leaders

Skills

Experience

The role does not explicitly require prior professional experience; however, familiarity with design education environments or academic support roles would be advantageous. Interest in jewelry, watches, and accessory design is desirable.

Bachelor's degree in design or a closely related field of study.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.

Six-month internship duration; monthly reimbursement of €900; meal vouchers valued at €8 per working day (Satispay).
