Richemont seeks a Didactic and Operations Intern in Milan to support educational operations and alumni engagement for 6 months with €900/month stipend.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide classroom assistance and operational support to students and teaching faculty
- Organize, maintain, and archive didactic files, documents, exercises, briefs, and projects with accuracy and integrity
- Support the planning and organization of lessons and classroom sessions
- Manage classroom setup and provide IT support to students and instructors
- Receive and coordinate with guest lecturers and external visitors
- Serve as primary contact for IT-related issues and liaise effectively with the central IT department
- Manage consumable materials storage, inventory, and distribution
- Support the management and animation of the Alumni community
- Maintain and update the Alumni database with current contact and placement information
- Manage dedicated Alumni communications channels and email correspondence
- Assist in the placement and recruitment of alumni within Richemont's Maisons
- Support student recruitment processes including outreach to schools and applicant communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to precision and detail
- Autonomous and proactive work approach with demonstrated flexibility
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Express
- Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, 2D and 3D design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments, including with senior leadership
