Richemont seeks a Didactic and Operations Intern in Milan to support training initiatives and operational workflows within the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes and educational content for staff across departments
- Support operational processes and workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities and best practices
- Collaborate with senior team members to document procedures and create training materials
- Participate in operational audits and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the coordination of training schedules and logistical requirements
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in business administration, operations management, education, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in operational excellence and learning and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
