Richemont DevSecOps Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal — F5 BIG-IP, cloud infrastructure, and load balancing specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple F5 BIG-IP instances globally and evaluate/recommend major architectural evolutions
- Manage cloud-native load balancer products across AWS, Alibaba, and GCP platforms
- Design and automate CDN and public DNS solutions for enterprise-scale deployments
- Design, assess, and implement load balancing, WAF security, CDN, and DNS solutions
- Resolve Level 3 technical incidents through advanced troubleshooting and escalation management
- Implement high-level automation through infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Git, Ansible, Vault)
- Collaborate with multinational engineering teams, architects, and operational staff across product development cycles
- Partner with cloud platform and engineering teams to evaluate, test, and deploy infrastructure aligned with global IT strategy
- Serve as primary technical contact for client requirements and product roadmap integration
- Mentor operational teams and establish standards for APLB product deployment and operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of production data centre environment experience with F5 and public cloud load balancers in multinational IT organizations
- Engineering degree, Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Advanced proficiency in public cloud platforms: AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices
- Demonstrated expertise administering F5 BIG-IP systems and load-balancing technologies at large scale
- Advanced knowledge of application delivery controllers (ADC), HTTP/web applications, TCP/IP networking, and operating systems
- Security-first mindset with knowledge of SSL certificates, cipher management, authentication methods, and application behavior analysis
- Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues in complex, cross-cloud and on-premises network environments

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production data centre environments administering F5 BIG-IP systems and cloud load balancers. Experience working in multinational IT organizations, managing infrastructure at enterprise scale, and leading technical projects independently are required. Demonstrated proficiency in DevOps culture, infrastructure automation, and cross-functional collaboration within global teams is essential.
Education
Engineering degree, Bachelor's, or Master's qualification in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
