Richemont seeks DevOps Services Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal to deliver Cloud & DevOps services using GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand technical needs, constraints and delivery requirements, translating them into effective Cloud & DevOps service implementations
- Deliver and onboard approved Cloud & DevOps services, packaged solutions and platform capabilities with a strong focus on AWS and GCP application environments and Kubernetes-based delivery
- Configure, integrate and validate service components using GitLab, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault and cloud-native services
- Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to repeatable delivery patterns, pipelines, and service improvements
- Promote standardization, automation and reusable patterns to ensure consistent, secure and transparent service delivery
- Collaborate with DevOps Service Enablement, Service Offering, and Cloud & DevOps teams to align delivery with architecture, governance, cost and security guardrails
- Support application teams during onboarding, early-life usage and handover to ensure successful service consumption
- Contribute to the setup, testing, and validation of environments for applications and platforms such as data processing, integration, workflow orchestration, or cloud-native services
- Apply DevOps best practices for deployment, configuration, automation, observability, security, and operational readiness
- Be autonomous and proactive in identifying technical gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
- Contribute feedback to improve services, documentation, automation and packaged service quality
- Keep up to date with Cloud & DevOps technologies and best practices, especially related to AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud environments, DevOps engineering, automation, application delivery, or similar technical role
- Proven experience delivering or supporting applications and services in cloud and containerized environments
- Strong experience with GCP & AWS application environments; Alicloud knowledge highly valued
- Experience working directly with development teams, product teams, and cross-functional technology teams
- Experience with technical onboarding, service delivery, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement
- Strong service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong technical knowledge across Cloud & DevOps domains with ability to deliver services, support onboarding, and collaborate effectively with expert teams

Experience
5+ years of experience in Cloud environments, DevOps engineering, automation, application delivery, or a similar technical role, including proven success delivering or supporting applications and services in cloud and containerized environments. Hands-on experience working directly with development teams, product teams, and cross-functional technology teams, with a track record in technical onboarding, service delivery, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement.
