Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and operate resilient cloud infrastructure and platform services to support e-commerce and enterprise applications.
- Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines and release automation for development teams.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management and automated provisioning to ensure repeatable, auditable environments.
- Monitor system health and performance; define observability strategy and respond to incidents to minimise customer impact.
- Collaborate with software engineers, security and product teams to integrate platform capabilities and ensure secure deployments.
- Drive automation to reduce manual toil, implement cost controls and improve operational maturity.
- Document platform architecture, runbooks and change-control procedures; participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of designing and operating production cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting/programming skills and familiarity with Linux-based systems.
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices and incident response processes.
- Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally in an international, matrixed environment.

Mid-level professional with approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure and automation, preferably within enterprise or large-scale production environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
