Richemont Design Trainee in Milan – join a luxury fashion design team as a creative trainee supporting seasonal collection development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and sketches for seasonal collections
- Participate in mood board creation, color palette development, and material research
- Support the design team through pattern-making, garment construction, and technical drawing tasks
- Contribute to collaborative design reviews and provide creative input on collection direction
- Maintain accurate design documentation and asset management in accordance with brand standards
Qualifications
