Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Design Innovation Assistant Intern for a 6-month internship in Geneva, Switzerland beginning October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project planning, logistics coordination, materials procurement, and prototype tracking across design initiatives
- Communicate regularly with external suppliers and internal teams to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Prepare project reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systems
- Conduct monthly competitive intelligence assessments and present findings related to research and development initiatives
- Assist the team with 2D technical drawings and 3D modeling work using industry-standard software
- Independently support the coordination and follow-up of creative projects from conception to completion
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a design or architecture degree program
- Fluency in English (required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with 2D design software and 3D modeling software (SketchUp)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated rigor and methodology in project management
