Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring outstanding service and adherence to maison standards.
- Lead, coach and schedule a team of sales advisors to meet daily operational needs and sales targets; foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Drive clienteling and relationship management for high-value clients, including appointment management, private viewings and after-sales follow-up.
- Oversee visual merchandising and presentation to maintain flagship standards and seasonal campaign execution.
