Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Deputy Boutique Director in Seoul to lead retail operations and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-manage the boutique team with shared priorities and goals, monitoring sales trends and KPIs against customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by creating a welcoming environment where every client feels valued and cared for
- Maintain elevated service standards by supporting customer service activities and maximizing the in-store experience
