Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of care service operations, ensuring timely execution aligned with luxury brand standards and flawless client experiences
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain precision and quality
  • Oversee inventory management, after-sales operations, and compliance to uphold the brand's reputation for craftsmanship and service excellence
  • Spend 50% of working time on the sales floor, connecting with team members and clients to identify operational blocks and handle escalations proactively
  • Partner with HR to identify development opportunities, support dynamic people management, and ensure employee experience remains a priority
  • Consult with regional technical centers (RTC), client relations centers (CRC), boutique workshops, and watchmakers to align with strategic objectives
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction surveys to identify trends and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Motivate and mentor operations and care service staff through visible leadership, regular team meetings, and clear communication of targets and opportunities
  • Guide performance management processes through scheduled individual meetings and biannual/annual reviews with operations staff
  • Collaborate with merchandising, workshop management, and retail teams to ensure seamless integration of care services within the broader client journey
  • Manage administrative and HR responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, overtime management, and staff development planning

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury goods operations and inventory management
  • Strong compliance and regulatory background with demonstrated ability to maintain documentation and store procedures
