Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales initiatives and develop client relationships to drive revenue growth while ensuring optimal product presentation
  • Support the Boutique Manager in team leadership, creating a positive and dynamic work environment through constructive feedback and regular training
  • Establish and monitor performance targets, coordinate scheduling with the Boutique Manager and team, and implement process improvements
  • Manage cash handling, inventory oversight, and conduct comprehensive stock inventories in compliance with established procedures
  • Administer financial, administrative, and audit management functions including customer returns and headquarters liaison
  • Maintain boutique operations, coordinate with local service providers, and ensure compliance with security guidelines and management protocols
  • Develop business plans, prepare recurring reports, and utilize CRM and sales software to enhance customer care and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry and/or watches with management responsibility
