Richemont seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in Tokyo to lead operations and luxury client experience in this leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations and maintain luxury retail standards
- Supervise and mentor sales associates and customer service staff
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Drive sales performance and meet boutique targets
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with head office on marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Support the Boutique Manager in strategic decision-making and special projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or high-end boutique operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Demonstrated sales acumen and client relationship expertise
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and clienteling practices
- Proficiency in retail systems and point-of-sale software
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management or boutique operations, preferably within a multi-brand conglomerate or prestige fashion environment. Prior experience supporting a store manager or managing a small team in a high-volume retail setting is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.
