Richemont seeks Deputy Boutique Manager in Tokyo to support luxury boutique operations, staff development, and sales execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving quarterly business targets (BTQ) by serving as a liaison between management and boutique staff
  • Develop and lead execution of boutique action plans, managing timelines and progress to drive goal attainment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring adherence to company protocols
  • Foster a collaborative and high-engagement team environment by supporting the Boutique Manager in enhancing team communication and cohesion
  • Develop and mentor boutique staff, creating opportunities for growth and professional advancement through on-the-job training and coaching
  • Recruit, guide, and motivate temporary staff in coordination with the Boutique Manager
  • When assuming direct supervisory responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations, develop staff capabilities, provide coaching feedback, and manage day-to-day operations
  • Oversee boutique operations including sales management, cash reconciliation, inventory control, and expense management in compliance with company procedures
  • Transport high-value merchandise between boutique locations as required, maintaining security and accuracy
  • Serve as boutique operations manager and handle complaint resolution when the Boutique Manager is unavailable

Experience
