Richemont Deputy Boutique Manager position in Singapore – luxury retail operations and team leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in the overall management and operations of the boutique
  • Oversee retail floor activities and maintain brand presentation standards at all times
  • Supervise, train, and mentor boutique sales associates and support staff
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized clienteling experiences
  • Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and merchandising protocols
  • Conduct regular staff briefings and communicate brand initiatives to the team
  • Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development programmes
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
  • Contribute to the achievement of store KPIs including revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
