Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance against budgeted targets by identifying and executing on three key performance drivers, with close KPI monitoring and strategic adjustment of tactics
  • Coach and motivate boutique team members through constructive feedback and development sessions, ensuring alignment with Piaget brand standards for presentation, etiquette and client interaction
  • Optimize assortment and inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities; conduct quality checks upon receipt of creations and maintain accurate inventory records with particular attention to valuable pieces
  • Manage client relationships through consistent application of the 'Art of Sharing' selling ceremony, ensuring systematic CRM data capture and timely follow-up on client inquiries, appointments and satisfaction feedback
  • Oversee manpower planning and roster scheduling to optimize floor coverage and sales productivity; cascade Maison policies and directions to team members with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain boutique housekeeping and maintenance standards, including window displays, showcases, back-of-house areas and hospitality amenities
  • Facilitate daily briefings and monthly boutique meetings to share performance updates, align team on strategic direction, and highlight product launches and special initiatives
  • Support the Boutique Manager in collecting and compiling reports for Commercial and Marketing teams; assist in managing corporate gifting and client budgets in accordance with Maison guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of boutique retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant management position
  • Demonstrated excellence in numerical analysis, planning, organization and problem-solving
  • Strong action and results orientation with collaborative team-player mentality
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages or Mandarin Chinese highly advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to maintain flexibility, manage competing priorities and demonstrate strong time management
