Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations and ensuring seamless service delivery
- Supervise boutique staff and maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Contribute to sales targets and revenue optimization while maintaining brand aesthetic standards
