Richemont seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in New Delhi to support boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets through proactive team leadership and personal contribution to sales.
- Lead, coach and develop sales advisors to deliver differentiated client experiences and sustained clienteling activity.
- Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock control and loss‑prevention measures.
- Maintain brand standards across visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stocktakes and reconciliation with head office systems.
- Implement CRM and clienteling programmes to build long‑term relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and operational reports, analyse KPIs and propose corrective actions.
- Assist with recruitment, rostering and performance management to ensure staffing aligns with commercial needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or deputy management role.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities, including coaching and performance management.
- Excellent clienteling skills and a customer‑centric approach aligned to luxury service standards.
- Good organisational skills with experience in inventory control, cash handling and store administration.
- Professional demeanour with high standards of presentation and discretion appropriate for a high‑value retail environment.
