Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving individual and store KPIs across the concession.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a small team of sales consultants to deliver high-touch clienteling and personalised aftercare.
  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual standards and stock integrity.
  • Maintain exemplary merchandising and presentation standards in accordance with brand guidelines and Harrods’ requirements.
  • Manage inventory control, deliveries, stock counts and reconciliation, escalating discrepancies and ensuring loss-prevention protocols.
  • Deliver one-to-one client appointments, cultivate relationships with high-value clients and assist with CRM activity.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and activity reports; assist the Boutique Manager with forecasting and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Act as the primary on-site brand representative in the manager’s absence and liaise with Harrods’ operations and security teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail with a minimum of 3 years in-store and at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within a premium or luxury environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, clienteling acumen and a high level of discretion when handling VIP clientele.
