Role & Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets, monitoring KPIs including turnover, average basket size, cross-selling, and product knowledge
  • Provide continuous on-the-floor coaching with regular, constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance
  • Validate staff rotas to ensure optimal boutique coverage and operational efficiency
  • Lead by example through direct supervision of sales activities, daily morning briefs, and workshops
  • Support the Boutique Manager in delivering Chloé Moments training programs and other essential learning initiatives
  • Oversee the management of Stylist client books and customer databases to nurture lasting client relationships
  • Reinforce client loyalty through consistent follow-up and targeted call campaigns
  • Confidently handle and resolve client issues, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience
  • Ensure strict adherence to Richemont and Maison processes and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and support the stock team with various stock management tasks
  • Compile accurate daily reports to maintain clear communication and operational oversight
  • Maintain exceptional product and collection knowledge, offering inspiring and creative advice to clients
  • Embody Chloé grooming and attitude guidelines, reflecting the Maison's elegance and spirit daily
  • Stay abreast of market trends in the luxury retail sector and monitor competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or deputy management role within luxury retail
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business performance
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion retail operations and brand ambassadorship
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
