Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day team management, training, coaching and motivation to foster a positive and productive boutique environment
  • Monitor individual performance objectives, evaluate team members, and support personal and talent development under Boutique Manager supervision
  • Ensure adherence to processes and Maison procedures during all sales interactions and client engagements
  • Oversee boutique back office, administrative functions, and ensure timely delivery of all required boutique reports
  • Supervise boutique expenses and implement brand, boutique and group policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Assist Boutique Manager in performance diagnosis, action plan development and KPI monitoring to achieve sales targets
  • Break down boutique targets into monthly, daily and individual targets; drive implementation and monitoring of action plans
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships by coordinating team follow-up and implementing CRM programs with measurable ROI
  • Organize and coordinate client treatments, boutique events and VIP interactions to build portfolio growth and loyalty
  • Monitor boutique client flow, welcoming quality and space organization; co-lead continuous improvement processes
  • Maintain exceptional in-boutique service standards, visual merchandising and client experience consistency
  • Ensure staff compliance with appearance, uniform and professional conduct standards

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of luxury goods sales experience, preferably in jewelry and/or watch industry
  • Proven relevant management or supervisory experience in retail luxury environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong customer acumen
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent merchandise management systems
  • Experience with CRM systems and client portfolio management
