Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations and staff supervision
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain luxury presentation standards and visual merchandising of the boutique
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes
- Deliver personalized client service and facilitate high-value sales transactions
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and contribute to revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Store Operations Supervisor in luxury retail
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in high-end clientele
- Knowledge of luxury retail operations and brand presentation standards
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrated progression to a supervisory or assistant manager level, preferably within the fashion, jewelry, or selective retailing sectors.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in retail management, business administration, or hospitality are advantageous.
