Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sustainable business ambitions and managing day-to-day retail operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with Group policies, maison commercial rules, and all retail procedures including selling protocols, customer service standards, stock management, and security measures
  • Oversee boutique safety and security protocols, manage premises maintenance, and coordinate supplier procurement
  • Manage inventory levels and stock movements (receptions, shipping, inventories, orders, consignments) while maintaining quality control and preventing losses
  • Monitor administrative operations in collaboration with the Boutique Operations Coordinator, ensuring timely and accurate submission of daily transactions and documentation
  • Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures and assist with client repair flows, reports execution, and monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Partner with the Boutique Manager to achieve boutique objectives including turnover targets and client portfolio development
  • Understand and execute boutique KPIs and action plans aligned with commercial targets
  • Represent Jaeger-LeCoultre as a brand ambassador within the local community
  • Inspire and motivate the team to maintain high performance, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Organize boutique team scheduling to optimize staffing levels and ensure exceptional client service
  • Provide in-depth training on Jaeger-LeCoultre heritage, collections, and technical specifications
  • Demonstrate active leadership by hosting clients and ensuring personalized, exceptional client experiences
