Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day team management, training, coaching, and motivation of boutique staff
- Monitor individual performance objectives, support personal development, and oversee new team member integration
- Supervise boutique back-office operations, administration, and expense management
- Implement and monitor all brand, maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist the Boutique Manager in performance analysis and action plan development to achieve sales targets
- Manage store turnover and responsibility for achieving sales and performance objectives
- Develop and strengthen client relationships through team actions and CRM program implementation
- Coordinate client events and boutique treatments while ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Monitor boutique welcoming, client flows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee staff appearance, uniforms, professionalism, and maintain the highest standard of courtesy
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in selling luxury items, preferably in jewelry and/or watch sector
- Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in retail luxury environment
- Fluent communication in both German and English
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP or similar merchandise management systems
- Resilient team player with confident and professional demeanor
