Role & Responsibilities
- Execute demand forecasting for product categories and point-of-sale materials by analyzing market trends, commercial plans, economic indicators, and internal data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and share market insights; implement demand forecasting strategies for novelty launches and conduct improvement initiatives
- Manage appropriate inventory levels and stock management policies; monitor stock health and implement strategies for optimization
- Coordinate business processes related to import and export; ensure smooth inventory inbound and outbound operations with logistics teams
- Analyze efficiency of stock-related business processes and propose improvement plans
- Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); identify stock-related opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate market opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence platforms, and Anaplan
