Richemont seeks a Demand & Supply Planner in Villars-sur-Glâne to optimize inventory and production across its luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market intelligence
- Coordinate with merchandising and commercial teams to align supply planning with seasonal campaigns and sales projections
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution channels and optimize stock allocation to minimize excess inventory and stockouts
- Liaise with manufacturing and production teams to establish realistic lead times and production schedules
- Analyze supply chain metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
- Manage supplier relationships and communicate revised demand schedules to ensure timely procurement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management within a multi-channel retail or luxury goods environment
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP) and demand planning software
- Advanced analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in Excel and statistical modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, operations, and finance teams
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related roles within retail, luxury goods, or fashion environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
