Cartier seeks a Data Scientist Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland for a 6-month internship focusing on machine learning model development for sales forecasting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Revamp and enhance the existing machine learning model within the ARIA project
- Adapt the model to integrate with current and existing data sources
- Extend the model's predictive capabilities to include traffic and transaction forecasts for up to 3-day horizons
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand boutique operational requirements and data infrastructure
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in applied mathematics, computer science, or related field
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and model development
- Experience with time-series forecasting or predictive modeling
- Strong analytical and structuring mindset
Skills
Experience
Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing an Engineering degree or Master's degree in applied mathematics or computer science, with demonstrated experience in machine learning projects or coursework.
Education
Engineering School degree or Master's degree with specialization in applied mathematics or computer science.
