Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures across the organization
- Conduct data processing impact assessments and privacy audits to ensure compliance with GDPR and applicable regulations
- Maintain and update data inventory, processing records, and consent management systems
- Provide privacy guidance and training to internal stakeholders across business units
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging compliance requirements in data protection laws
- Investigate and respond to data subject requests and potential privacy breaches
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and operational teams to embed privacy by design in new projects and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Data Protection, Information Security, or related field
- Professional certification in data protection (CIPM, CIPP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience with data protection impact assessments and privacy audit methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes

3–5 years of professional experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or regulatory affairs, preferably within a multinational or highly regulated industry
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law, Data Protection, Information Security, or related field
