Richemont Group Data Office internship in Meyrin, Switzerland supporting data transformation and enablement initiatives across luxury Maisons and functions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the portfolio of data transformation initiatives and roadmap, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Group Technology, Analytics Enablement, and Governance teams
  • Collaborate with Maisons and Group Functions to define Data Transformation program objectives, scope, and interdependencies
  • Support communities of practice and forums to facilitate collaboration on data transformation initiatives
  • Build, organize, and maintain resources, support materials, and communication content to animate the data transformation community
  • Orchestrate training and communication plans in collaboration with Data Office team members and key stakeholders
  • Define communication and training content needs, plan resources, and review content for alignment with messaging and audience requirements
  • Track key performance indicators to measure the impact of data enablement initiatives and assist in providing regular progress updates
  • Prepare communications highlighting success stories and benefits derived from data enablement programs

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest and knowledge in data, cloud, and related technologies
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and/or data visualization tools (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a project management or data-related role (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset with proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships across the organization
  • Proven creativity and analytical thinking with ability to decompose complex tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); French language skills preferred
  • Luxury or retail business knowledge (preferred)
