Cartier Data Coordinator position in Paris; 6-month renewable contract managing production data across PLM, SAP, and PEGA systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and serve as the primary reference point for all production data matters across PLM, SAP, PEGA, and OCP systems
- Ensure creation, maintenance, and analysis of industrial articles and production data within PLM and SAP
- Pilot and monitor all certification processes (new products and serial production) within PEGA, ensuring adherence to business rules, prerequisites, and timelines
- Chair cross-functional coordination meetings, including weekly certification reviews, and manage associated documentation and action tracking
- Ensure reliability and quality of production data by monitoring and analyzing integrity controls
- Investigate identified anomalies and coordinate necessary corrections with relevant teams
- Monitor critical interfaces between systems to detect, analyze, and resolve data integration issues
- Maintain up-to-date operating procedures and documentation related to production data management
- Act as Key User and subject matter expert for data management tools
- Escalate system anomalies and improvement requirements to technical teams
- Contribute to data-related projects aimed at enhancing processes, tools, or production data quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2/3 minimum)
- Proficiency in PLM and SAP ECC systems
- Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally and facilitate meetings
- Proven capacity to work effectively with operational, technical, and management stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous process improvement

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data management, preferably within manufacturing, luxury goods, or complex multi-system environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+2/3 minimum).
