Van Cleef & Arpels internship: Customer Service Project Coordination & Data support role in Paris. Six-month full-time position starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service Manager and three Project Leads in daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and manage customer service improvements across international regions (US, Asia, Europe, Japan, Middle East) through data analysis and requirements gathering
- Enhance customer experience by improving digital solutions in collaboration with internal teams (customer service, sales, digital) and external digital agencies
- Plan and animate internal meetings; develop and distribute quarterly newsletters to promote Customer Service initiatives across the maison
- Promote ongoing projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community
- Create content and conduct user data analysis to support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in international commerce or marketing
- Strong project management capabilities
- Fluent English proficiency
- Genuine interest in the luxury sector and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with retail industry dynamics
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in international commerce, marketing, or customer-facing roles in the luxury or retail sectors is preferred. Demonstrated project coordination experience is required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business administration, marketing, luxury management, or related field. A degree in hospitality management or international business is advantageous.
