Role & Responsibilities
- Implement data governance rules and monitor quality and reliability of ingestion pipelines using observability tools
- Participate in rebuilding, migrating, and continuously improving databases on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Design and deploy data engineering workflows and automation processes
- Manage coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement of data sources powering AI agents
- Evaluate clarity and structure of document databases and manage restructuring as needed
- Implement performance monitoring on AI agents and design surveys for business users
- Support design and development of innovative AI tools tailored to business-specific needs
- Develop and present root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in data science or Engineering school focused on statistics and data modelling
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and processes
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Looker preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach
- Ability to explain complex models to non-specialist audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Fluent in French and English

Experience
Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Master's program in data science or equivalent quantitative field; prior internship or project experience with data analysis, data engineering, or AI development is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in data science or engineering school specialization in statistics and data modelling (or equivalent in-progress qualification).
