Richemont Cyber Security Assistant Manager in Seoul – lead security operations and threat mitigation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity incident response and threat investigation activities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry standards
- Monitor and analyze security events, logs, and network traffic for anomalies and potential breaches
- Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing programmes
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security is integrated into digital transformation projects
- Manage security awareness and training initiatives for end users
- Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Advanced certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Minimum 5–7 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
