Richemont Leather Cutting Apprentice in Scandicci, Italy—36-month structured program with mentorship, training, and career pathway in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire foundational knowledge of organizational procedures, health and safety protocols, and cutting machinery and materials in Phase 1
- Support material collection, pre-quality control activities, scrap management, and workflow continuity in the cutting center
- Progress to autonomous operation of picking workflows, workspace management, and product kit boxing in Phase 2
- Develop expertise in leather nesting on advanced cutting machinery and process optimization in Phase 3
- Contribute to waste reduction, continuous improvement initiatives, and production efficiency throughout all phases
- Participate in on-the-job training under expert mentorship and formal classroom-based instruction
Qualifications
- Passion for manufacturing in the luxury fashion sector
- Desire to learn and develop technical craft skills
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow safety procedures rigorously
- Secondary school diploma (preferred)

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 25,396 to EUR 26763.80 per annum.
