Richemont Customs Administrator in Mississauga – manage import/export compliance, tariff classification, and trade documentation for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and file customs declarations and import/export documentation for luxury goods shipments
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariff codes, and customs requirements
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities
- Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and determine applicable duty rates
- Track and reconcile customs duties, taxes, and landed costs for inventory management
- Investigate and resolve customs clearance delays, holds, or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all trade documentation, permits, and compliance certificates
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams on trade-related matters
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customs regulations and international trade law
- Knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and product classification methodologies

Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Customs Administration, Law, or related field, or equivalent professional experience and customs certifications.
