Richemont in Munich seeks a customer service working student to support operations. Part-time role for students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
  • Support the customer service team with daily operational requirements

Qualifications
