Richemont seeks a Customer Service Project Manager for its jewelry division in Paris. Fixed-term contract opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conception and execution of customer service improvement projects across the jewelry division
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, retail, boutique management) to align project objectives and timelines
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure customer service effectiveness
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service quality
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports for senior leadership

Qualifications
