Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the customer service team in handling client enquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring timely, courteous responses that reflect luxury brand standards.
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain order lifecycle updates within the CRM and order management systems.
  • Log, triage and escalate client issues to after‑sales, repair or store teams; follow up to ensure resolution within SLA expectations.
  • Maintain and update client records, contact histories and case notes to ensure data integrity across CRM platforms.
  • Prepare routine operational reports and dashboards to track service KPIs and recurring client issues.
  • Assist with coordination between retail boutiques, central customer service and logistics to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Contribute to knowledge‑base articles, FAQs and standard response templates to improve response consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions; undertake ad‑hoc projects to support process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, communications, hospitality, languages or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette.
