Cartier Vienna seeks a Customer Service Associate for a 12-month fixed-term position supporting after-sales boutique operations and technical services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide optimal after-sales customer service within the boutique environment
  • Manage administrative operations of the service department, from product intake through returns
  • Liaise and collaborate intensively with Richemont Customer Service center
  • Prepare and conduct interim and final inventory counts for repairs and leather strap services
  • Organize and structure the service area to ensure operational efficiency
  • Perform technical work including polishing, engraving, and watch band adjustments and modifications
  • Handle customer complaints proactively with a commitment to service excellence

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training (watchmaking, goldsmithing, or hospitality background)
  • Multiple years of after-sales customer service experience, preferably in jewelry and watches
  • Demonstrated passion for the Cartier brand and its heritage
  • Proficiency in Czech and English languages
  • Competence with MS Office applications and comfort with computer systems
  • Preferably first experience with SAP/ERP systems

Experience

Multiple years of experience in after-sales customer service, ideally within the jewelry and watch segment. Experience in hospitality or luxury retail environments is valued. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.

Education

Completed commercial apprenticeship or technical training in watchmaking or goldsmithing. Career changers from hospitality are also welcome.

The successful candidate will be located in Vienna, Vienna, Austria.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,848 per month.
