Cartier Frankfurt seeks a Customer Service Associate for a 12-month contract to manage after-sales operations, inventory, and technical servicing work in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver optimal support and service to after-sales customers at the boutique location
- Manage administrative processes including product acceptance, repair tracking, and returns processing
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Richemont's central Customer Service department
- Prepare and execute interim and full inventories for repairs and leather accessories
- Organize and structure the service area for operational efficiency
- Perform technical work including polishing, engraving, watch strap changes and shortening
- Proactively manage customer complaints and escalations to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or technical qualification as a watchmaker or goldsmith
- Several years of professional experience in after-sales customer service, preferably in the jewelry and watch sector
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred

Several years of professional experience in after-sales customer service, ideally within the luxury jewelry and watch segment. Career changers from the hospitality industry are considered.
Education
Completed commercial training or technical qualification as a watchmaker or goldsmith.
