Cartier seeks a Customer Service Associate in Düsseldorf, Germany for luxury watch and jewelry after-sales support in a 12-month fixed-term role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver optimal after-sales customer service and support within the boutique environment
  • Process and manage administrative operations from product intake through completion and return
  • Maintain intensive communication and coordination with Richemont Customer Service teams
  • Prepare and execute inventory counts for repair services and leather accessories
  • Organize and structure the service department to ensure operational efficiency
  • Perform technical services including polishing, engraving, and watch band replacement or shortening
  • Manage customer complaints proactively and professionally to ensure satisfaction and brand reputation

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training (watchmaking, goldsmithing, or hospitality background acceptable)
  • Multiple years of after-sales customer service experience, preferably in jewelry and watch sectors
  • Strong enthusiasm for luxury brand heritage and product excellence
  • Proficiency in Czech and English language
  • Competency in MS Office and computer systems; prior SAP or ERP experience preferred
