Piaget HR Operations Coordinator in Dubai, UAE – manage HR projects, coordinate operations, and lead team initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate transversal HR projects while ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and time constraints
- Develop and execute detailed project and workstream plans, identifying necessary activities and resources for project objectives
- Lead comprehensive information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities
- Execute stakeholder engagement strategies to foster effective working relationships and address stakeholder needs
- Identify, elicit, analyze, and manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating as necessary
- Prepare and present project review reports and presentations with key information and recommendations
- Lead and mentor a small- to medium-sized project team, communicating vision and facilitating team development
- Implement innovative processes to improve existing operations and drive continuous improvement
- Manage project resources, proactively control costs, and provide forecasts with variance analysis
- Develop and approve work schedules to meet planned commitments, including overtime management
- Organize and prepare complex documents and gather data for special reports
- Provide documentation and training for business-as-usual transitions and record lessons learned
- Conduct and facilitate assurance reviews to ensure project delivery meets quality and budget standards
Qualifications
- Upper Secondary School education or equivalent
- Basic experience with office and operational systems
