Richemont Customer Service Administrator (fixed-term contract) in Munich: manage repairs, invoicing, and multilingual partner support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record, document, and process incoming repair requests and associated invoicing for the complete product range
- Prepare and analyze repair cost estimates and quotations for submission to customers
- Conduct final aesthetic and functional quality control inspections on completed repairs
- Provide direct telephone and email support to business partners addressing inquiries regarding spare parts pricing, availability, product references, and compatibility
- Analyze operational reports and organize information to support departmental decision-making
- Execute general administrative duties and clerical functions across assigned departments
Qualifications
- Fluent German, English, and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- SAP application experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proactive analytical and problem-solving capabilities with capacity for independent initiative
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer impact
