Richemont Customer Service Administrator, Fort Worth, TX – manage luxury product registration and service intake at the Technical Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Register products arriving for service in SAP based on brand-specific business procedures, financial structures, customer types, and equipment classifications
- Document customer service requests and product conditions through aesthetic inspections
- Photograph inbound products to ensure accurate visual representation of condition prior to repair
- Ensure brand policies are consistently applied during cost estimate creation to maintain accurate pricing per Maison guidelines
- Verify factory cost estimates reflect customer requests and provide detailed explanations when proposed services or spare parts deviate from original requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of employment experience in a production-based environment
- Previous SAP system experience
- Customer service background
