Richemont Customer Relations Specialist position in Tokyo—manage client communications and build luxury brand loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and correspondence via email, telephone, and messaging platforms
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer records and interaction histories within the CRM system
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients navigating the luxury purchasing journey
